Future Hoop Stars!!!

When we were up in Tacoma a couple weeks ago Victor got to spend part of the weekend with us. Trey of course was his little mini-me.

The weather cleared up so the boys were able to get outside and exert some energy. Here are some cute pictures of the boys working on their basketball skills...

Trey's Easter Egg Hunt:)

We were in a rush before church so the Easter Bunny's treats made their appearance after Trey's nap. I know I don't have too many more years to get away with that.

I feel bad because Trey isn't able to color eggs because he is SO allergic to them. I know he would love to do that so hopefully he will outgrow this allergy someday. But he didn't know the difference and he had a blast finding plastic eggs this year.

First Trey went outside to find some treats left by the cool Easter Bunny.




Trey at first would put the eggs in his basket and then start throwing them. Good thing they weren't real eggs. But then he got the hang of collecting them:)


"Oh there is more?"





Then we headed inside to finish up....




He didn't notice the presents for awhile.


But once he did....his face said it all:)


Trey loved his new little basketball hoop.


Of course he had to give it a try...




It was a great way to end the day. Hope everyone enjoyed their day was much as we did:)

Easter Morning Service:)

Easter morning we went as a family to church. Which we haven't been able to do for awhile because either Curtis or I have been out of town.

I am sad because we didn't get a family picture but I couldn't stop snapping them of the handsome little guy.

Trey was quite the busy man during church. I think he was a little confused because church was held at Beasley Coliseum (where the basketball games are) to accommodate a large crowd. He kept singing his version of the WSU fight song and saying "Go Cougs" throughout the whole service.

It was wonderful to be with my family to celebrate the true meaning of Easter together.

We Love Our Cat!!!

The weekend before Trey and I were able to come up to Tacoma Cat celebrated her birthday. I felt horrible that I couldn't make it to my best friend's celebration. But I was there in spirit literally...


LOVE IT!!!

So it was great to spend time with her while I was up in Tacoma. After we finished dinner with the girls Cat brought me back to my parent's house and she was able to spend a little time with Mr. Trey.

He obviously couldn't get enough of his Auntie Cat.

Girl Time!!!

While I was up in Tacoma I was able to enjoy some much needed girl time in my life. I was able to spend the evening with some amazing girlfriends of mine. Miss Nikki, Rachel and Cat. I have been close friends with Nikki and Rachel since middle school and introduced them to Cat during all my wedding festivities. And the girls hit it off and have become friends ever since.

We had a great evening filled with LOTS of laughter and fun.
