Mr. Trey and I have been working out every morning to get ready for our departure to Hawaii in December. Trey is the funniest little guy ever. He loves to help get my workout shoes for me in the morning. Then he will run to the DVD player and point and then start doing jumping jacks like "Come on Mom lets get started". Such motivation for his mommy.
He gets so serious with the videos that if there is a phone call during our workout and I have to pause the video he gets pretty upset. It's hard sometimes to keep composure during the workouts when he is trying to do all the exercises. Such a fun little guy:)
